Are you going to handle any communication with vendors before the event?Yes. A huge part of any event is to make sure that all the vendors have the correct timeline and are all on the same page. I would send a week-before checklist and timeline to all vendors.

What information do you need from me when I hire you?I would need any plans already set in stone (vendors booked) and the general needs and wants for your event. How much I do is entirely up to you and the package you are looking for.

How early do you recommend hiring an event planner?The earlier the better for sure! But if you were just told you need a day-of coordinator or if you are deciding you would prefer to have someone manage a timeline for you- call me! I am here to support you however you may need it.

I am looking for a certain vibe or atmosphere for my event. Can you help me find a location?Yes! With my years of experience, I have personally been to hundreds of venues in the Ventura and Santa Barbara counties and can give you insight into each one, helping you narrow down the perfect fit.
